M\u011b tohle hodn\u011b bav\u00ed a nikdy jsem ani netu\u0161ila, \u017ee tohle budu d\u011blat pravideln\u011b. Na j\u00f3gu a\u00a0pilates, \u0161ili sporty slou\u017e\u00ed v\u017edy ku zdrav\u00ed.A k t\u011bmto sport\u016fm m\u011b p\u0159ivedla moje nejlep\u0161\u00ed kamar\u00e1dka, se kterou u\u017e cvi\u010d\u00edme ob\u011b dv\u011b a je to velik\u00e1 z\u00e1bava. Proto\u017ee jsem m\u011bla velice \u010dasto bolesti zad, tak\u017ee\u00a0jsem\u00a0cht\u011bla d\u011blat n\u011bco, co m\u011b bude\u00a0bavit,\u00a0ale\u00a0tak\u00e9\u00a0co m\u011b z\u00e1rove\u0148 pom\u016f\u017ee od\u00a0bolesti\u00a0zad. Bolesti byly v\u00e1\u017en\u011b hrozn\u00e9 a nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9.\u00a0I kdy\u017e jsem nav\u0161t\u00edvila mnoho odborn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed mi slibovali, \u017ee mi pomohou, tak to v\u017edycky dopadlo \u0161patn\u011b. A n\u011bkdy m\u011b bolest zad opravdu otravovala. Moje kamar\u00e1dka mi tedy poradila, bych zkusila s n\u00ed chodit na kurzy\u00a0pilates\u00a0a j\u00f3gy. A mus\u00edm uznat, \u017ee b\u011bhem dvou t\u0159\u00ed t\u00fddn\u016f se mi z\u00e1da opravdu spravila.Z\u00e1da m\u011b sice ob\u010das tak\u00e9 bol\u00ed, ale mus\u00edm uznat, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u00edky cvi\u010den\u00ed se mi tak\u00e9 ulevilo od kr\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e. Tady jde alespo\u0148 vid\u011bt, \u017ee kdy\u017e se \u010dlov\u011bk h\u00fdbe a db\u00e1 na sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed a \u017eivotn\u00ed styl opravdu celkov\u011b, tak se mu t\u011blo odvd\u011b\u010d\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee bude m\u00e9n\u011b bolestiv\u00e9 a bude to lep\u0161\u00ed i na psychiku. I v\u00e1m doporu\u010duji d\u011blat n\u011bjak\u00fd sport. A to u\u017e hlavn\u011b kv\u016fli sv\u00e9mu zdrav\u00ed. Proto\u017ee lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b uzp\u016fsobenou hlavn\u011b na pohyb. Nen\u00ed v\u016fbec uzp\u016fsoben\u00e9 na to, aby se v\u00e1lelo doma s pivem na gau\u010di a u televize. Proto v\u00e1m doporu\u010duji, \u017ee na sport nen\u00ed opravdu nikdy pozd\u011b a na p\u00e9\u010di o zdrav\u00ed tak\u00e9 ne.
